Grades nine through twelve.

Three diploma tracks — General, College Preparatory, and Honors — planned one year at a time with the student and their parents.

How credits work

In the A.C.E. program credit is earned by completing PACEs at mastery rather than by sitting in a seat for a term. Each course is a set sequence of PACEs; a student finishes the sequence, passes the tests, and the credit is recorded.

The annual projection sheet

Every year we sit down with the student and their parents and lay out the courses for the year ahead against the diploma track they are aiming at. Everyone can see what is finished, what is left, and what pace it will take.

Outcome

92% of NECA graduates go on to college. Colleges evaluate applicants on academic merit and standardized test scores.
