Getting here from Porter Square
From Porter Square, Massachusetts Avenue north to Route 16, then east through Medford toward Salem Street — roughly eighteen to twenty-two minutes in the morning.
Porter is one Red Line stop from Davis, where the 96 runs to Medford Square; the 83 and 87 also connect toward Somerville if you prefer surface routes. Door to door is about 45 to 50 minutes, so leave Porter around 7:10.

Your child is tested in each subject and placed where they actually are — not where their birthday says they should be. They set their own daily goals, work at their own desk, and can't move forward until they've mastered the material at 80% or better. A student who is ahead in math isn't held back. A student who needs another two weeks on fractions gets another two weeks. Nobody gets left behind and nobody gets bored.
